Community Manager
to assist with certifications and other tasks to support the overall Property Management team and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe property management software.
Expertise in California landlord/tenant and fair housing laws.
Knowledge of, and demonstrated skills in, de-escalation during emotionally charged interactions with residents.
Required Experience:
Property Management: 3 years
Supervisory: 2 years
Yardi: 2 years
Required License or Certification:
Valid California driver's license and a good driving record required.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi Voyager, and Rent Cafe.
The position requires good customer service, communication, and organizational skills, a positive and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include interacting with tenants daily, maintaining the overall wellbeing of the property, advertising and renting vacant units, and managing maintenance and procurement.
