We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wholesale Fulfillment Manager to join our team at our Lindon, UT warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of B2B orders to our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.Oversee the fulfillment of orders, ensuring compliance with routing guides provided by retailers.Maintain and improve service level agreements (SLAs) for shipping with various retailers.Communicate effectively with brands and retailers to address any issues or concerns.Implement and monitor processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.Analyze fulfillment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience in a fulfillment or logistics management role, preferably within a 3PL environment.Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to comply with and enforce routing guides and SLAs.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred:Prior experience working in a wholesale role at a warehouse.Experience with Shiphero, Mirakl, and other EDI platforms.Certified to drive forklifts and order pickers in a warehouse environmentExperience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.Benefits:Competitive pay and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.401k100% paid healthcareCareer growth and development opportunities.How to Apply:
