Performs semiconductor design engineering assignments including developing and applying computer aided design (CAD) engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in support of the company's related product development. Support both local and regional IC designers in the development of IP and SOC products, across multiple technologies including FinFet process nodes, coordinating with other CAD support, internal flow developments and Process Design Kits (PDK) teams to deliver new and improved flows, tools and PDK improving design teams productivity. Develop software utilities to aide in automation of the design environment. Responsible for engineering support, flow, technology teams and/or EDA partners. Support design teams on flow-integrated design tools. Coordinate and implement solutions that meet the needs of design teams.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering (with related variants such as VLSI or Physics), foreign equivalent or related field.

Required skills:

Position requires completion of a graduate-level course, research project, internship or thesis involving:

Analog IC Design;Cadence Virtuoso;Oscillators;VLSI System Design;Networks;Python programming language; andLinux/Unix.
