Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and distribute engaging content across earned, owned, and paid channels-including komatsu.com, My Komatsu (eCommerce), email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), blogs, social media, and trade publications-to drive personalized audience engagement. Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with marketing managers to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Builds and nurtures strong relationships with MarComm departments, digital teams, product teams, and dealer sales teams to align goals, prioritize ongoing work, and ensure successful project execution.Leverages MarComm's project management software, Asana, to manage projects effectively, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into workspaces, including fields, descriptions, and comments. Provides support and guidance on Asana and other project management tools to empower the broader team to efficiently manage their tasks and responsibilities.Manages creative capacity and resource allocation by interfacing with creative, content, and marketing managers, and oversees vendor relations to ensure project needs are met within budget and deadlines.Supports marketing managers with product and solution launches by coordinating efforts across internal teams, dealer channels, and sales enablement tools, ensuring a seamless rollout from internal preparation to customer engagement.Ensures all content aligns with Global Brand Standards (GBS) by adhering to established guidelines for solution nomenclature, brand hierarchy, strategic branding schemes, logos, iconography, and brand naming conventions.Collaborates with MarComm peers to lead meetings and assist with facilitating strategic workshops using tools like Miro and PowerPoint. Supports the implementation of journey maps to create and deliver engaging content and assets across earned, owned, and paid channels, ensuring personalized engagement.Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other related field required.3+ years applicable experience focused on project management, marketing, or communications.Excellent writing ability, especially a propensity to translate technical content into useful materials for non-technical audiencesDisplays knowledge in relation to the product or service being marketed to the public or demonstrates capabilities of learning quickly about it.Ability to take complex ideas and translate them into communications that can be easily understood by audiences at all levels.Ability to clearly provide direction to creative and content teams and motivate others to achieve goals.Understands customer engagement strategy development and how consumers respond to various forms of media and engagements.Possesses strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Experience working with personnel in leadership roles (internal and external to the organization).Ability to work in a fast-paced, short deadline environment and adapt to change; Can meet demands and timelines without sacrificing quality; works well under stress.Must have the ability to effectively influence, educate and partner with both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of culturesEngaging personality, with a passion to help identify solutions to problems and deliver key messages to audiences
