The Role:

Driving the lead pass process for all of our B2B events is a critical part of B2B demand generation. This role owns the lead pass process for events and will travel to our top-tier events, work with sales onsite to collect data about the leads we interact with, clean the lists, and pass them over to our Sales Development team for post-event outreach within our established SLAs. This role should drive continuous process improvement, have strong stakeholder communication skills, a comfort with marketing technology, and have experience working across cross-functional teams.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:Events Data Collection:•Travel to 10-15 events a year and be the point person for collecting data from our sales team onsite to quickly:•Capture status of leads at events and any relevant notes•Document results of onsite meetings•Help schedule follow up meetings•For events not traveled to, work with sales that are onsite to ensure data entry is collected dailyList Cleaning and Validation:•Complete list cleaning for events (both pre- and post-event) including ensuring sales representatives have relevant information and place into correct cadences•Manage list cleaning through the support of a full-time contractor•Work with Marketing Operations team to ensure all leads are imported into Marketo for appropriate scoring and assignment via RingLead•Comfort with uploading contacts into relevant Salesloft cadences•Ensure continued alignment with Sales on routing rules for leads to sellersStakeholder Communication:•Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders about status of all event lists, including pre-event outreach, meetings booked for event, and post-event lead results including MQLs and SQLs•Ensure event campaigns in Salesforce are clear and are able to be used by events team to drive sales outreach and share results on events to prove ROI of eventsProcess Documentation and continuous improvement :•Support continuous process improvement by identifying areas of lead pass that could be improved and seek out automation to address manual tasks•Maintain updated process documentation related to Lead Pass and look for continued refinement of processWhat You Bring to The Team:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent ExperienceExperience working with Sales and/or Marketing teamsAbility to travel 35-40% of the timeExperience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo, Google SuiteGrowth mindset, aiming for continuous process improvementGreat communication skillsWhat We Offer:Exceptional health, vision, and dental careOpportunity for equity ownershipLife and AD&D, short- and long-term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Resource GroupsFun company outings and eventsUnlimited PTO401K with company match

Pay Transparency.

DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
