The primary mission for this role is to deliver expanded value propositions, new products, winning global competitive strategies, multi-generational product plans, brand awareness, thought leadership and cost optimization through strategic partnerships and cross functional collaboration. And, to foster people development to support career growth, succession planning and position Appvion as THE thought leader in our space.

by creating unmatched value for existing and new productsGenerate a pipeline of opportunities
with a corresponding win rate capable of supporting repeatable year over year growth at a $5MM EBITDA rate annuallyOrganizational Development - 20%
Build and lead a product marketing, management and innovation team

by effectively managing opportunities and executing key projects focused on cost reduction, material improvements, and asset optimization, in collaboration with supply chain and operational teamsDevelop and validate sales channel strategies
and influence approaches across the entire value chain, including laminators, converters, brand owners, ancillary vendors, and industry associationsCreate and implement a multi-generational product strategy
that ensures sustained financial growth and aligns with the company's strategic goals over a multi-year periodQUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years of well-rounded experience of marketing, product management, innovation, or operations in a B2B manufacturing environment3-5 years of experience in leadership and / or leading high performing cross functional teamsAbility to influence, inspire and engage while simultaneously ensuring accountabilitySelf-motivated, curious, driven to succeed and achieve resultsDrive for Results, Action Oriented, Intellectual Horsepower, Problem Solving, Team BuildingKey competencies required for success include: Action Oriented, Intellectual Horsepower, Problem Solving, Drive for Results, and CreativityADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

WORK SCHEDULE:
This position is fully onsite and works between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The schedule may fluctuate and will be based on business needs.
