If you are passionate about event technology, driving impact to products at scale and creating mechanisms to ensure success across a portfolio of platforms, then we’d like to talk to you.The Event Technology Enablement Manager serves as the technical liaison to enable global marketers in NAMER, EMEA, and APJ by managing the AWS event technology enablement process to bring greater levels of standardization, scale, and technical excellence. The role works with technology program managers and event technology vendor owners to develop enablement solutions that can be leveraged across large footprint complex events and high multitude simple event programs. This includes working the in-person and virtual event platforms’ vendors to build intake, event creation and management programs to enable the event managers across the globe.Key responsibilities include creating user trainings, documentation, event creation templates, hosting office hours for AWS event owners, and working with product owners to scope technology needs. The employee manages tool governance, permissions, and compliance guides. They also build event work-back schedules, project plans, and operational task tracking that teams use to work with third-party vendors.Position may be located in Seattle, WA, Austin, TX or near any Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office only. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.Key job responsibilities

Develop and manage the end-to-end enablement process for event technology platforms across different event footprints across NAMER, EMEA, and APJ.Collaborate with 3P event technology vendors, product managers and event managers to build event creation templates that enable and scale a self-serve model across event footprints and use cases.Build project plan templates, guides, training, and resources necessary to work with the vendors, as well as instructions for completing contracts, SOWs, and compliance tasks.Create and manage effective request intake for new and ongoing support to global stakeholders who create, and operate events.Develop communication plans with project managers, TPMs, and vendors to provide guidance on legal and compliance requirements.Create materials to enable non-technical event owners through the complex technical tasks and accountability required to use the AWS event platforms in accordance with AppSec and legal governance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing complex or enablement programs for marketing technologyExperience working with global stakeholders and managing expectationsExperience building and managing support programs for technology teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Posted:
