Fannie May is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr Marketing Manager, Fannie May (Direct to Consumer) to join our team and lead the charge in shaping the future of our iconic chocolate brand. As the Sr Marketing Manager, Fannie May (Direct to Consumer), you'll have the unique opportunity to influence brand strategy, boost store traffic, and elevate brand awareness, all while working closely with a talented team. This role will have one direct report and reports into the Director of Marketing. The position is hybrid and based in our Chicago, IL office.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage business performance and recommend brand strategies based on price curves, competitive movements, and consumer retail trendsAssess the performance of the Seasonal portfolio and propose improvements for the following seasons regarding discontinuation and new product introductionManage the consumer experience in-store and online, including retail visual strategy, store layout recommendations, consumer data collection, and easy navigation on FannieMay.com to enable seamless path to purchasePlan and execute the Communications Plan for new store openings, pop-ups, and store remodels to drive traffic and increase transactionsOwn and implement Promotional Calendars, identifying opportunities to continuously improve the effectiveness of Trade spendPlan for growth activities associated with the CRM at Fannie May, including the integration of Loyalty programs, SMS communication, email marketing, and Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS)Manage Fannie May's social channel: own content calendar, respond and react to comments, escalate issues to the customer service and Retail Operations teamsCollaborate with the Marketing team and creative and PR agencies on briefs and the execution of the Marketing Plan across all Fannie May channelsManage monthly business reports with performance assessments and recommendations for action plans for the Direct to Consumer channelWho we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus5+ years experience in Retail channelsExperience working with consumer data, such as Shoppertrack, Givex, SprinklrExcellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookExperience with Budget Management, with exposure to P&L management is a plusA collaborative team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departmentsProblem-solving mindset and willingness to challenge established normsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
