What we look for.

Education:Associate of Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in Graphic Design or related field is requiredBachelor’s Degree is preferredExperience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and print-based graphic design working from concept and layout to export and production is requiredManagement of multiple project deadlines concurrently is preferredExperience in Association marketing is preferred*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communications skills are requiredAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously is requiredStrong organizational skills are requiredStrong attention to detail is requiredStrong customer service skills are requiredStrong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are requiredWeb and digital design concepts and software is preferredVideo and animation editing and support is preferredTravel Requirements:

Occasional travel required – approximately 5%

Location:

Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
