Create cutting edge, visually appealing presentations, and graphics for internal and external use, with the ability to work across multiple teams, balancing a wide range of deadlines and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of asset production.

Ultimately, ensuring the final product promotes the Arthrex brand through the creation of high-quality presentations, while effectively communicating the stakeholder vision and desired tone.

Responsibilities:Creation of on-brand visual communications and business presentations for short and long-form contentPartner with content specialists, editors, and cross-functional clients to develop strategic and effective PowerPoint presentations for diverse, global audiences.Apply brand standards to build visually engaging design assets to tell creative and effective stories through presentations.Distill complex and abstract concepts to emphasize key messages with infographics, diagrams, animations, icons, graphics, charts, photography, and illustrations within presentations.Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work, including meeting requirements and timelines while managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.Keep abreast of the latest design trends and implement to brand where appropriate.Facilitate revisions of existing presentation templatesSupport internal customers with creative suggestions on how best to implement their presentations.Support internal communication strategies for executive leadersIncidental Duties:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, and indeed additional responsibilities may be assigned, as required, by management.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in graphic design or related field4+ years of professional presentation design experience, preferably with medical device company or agency equivalent with medical device or healthcare marketing accountsIntermediate Macintosh and/or PC computer skills are essentialProven ability within presentation design spaceKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:Intermediate knowledge of the latest applications, styles, and layout techniques. Ability to maintain brand consistency across all projects and possess a working knowledge of layout for presentations and other forms of visual communications.Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint required, as well as a thorough working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. InDesign preferred but not required. Motion graphics skills preferred but not required.Proven ability to act as a brand advocate in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design processAble to translate complex info into crisp narrativesMust thrive in high velocity and constantly evolving work environment and have excellent time management skillsExperienced storyboarding and high-end presentation design skills, including infographics, animation, builds, dynamic charts, etc.Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlinesProven problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsIn-depth knowledge of design principles and color theoryIn-depth knowledge of presentation development and effective orationIn-depth knowledge of medical device field or healthcare marketing is a plusWelcomes constructive direction and use feedback to craft clear, well-organized, uncluttered presentations with optimum visual quality, messaging, and performanceAbility to perform in fast paced environment with tight deadlinesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailDisciplined to operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integritySelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:Intermediate Macintosh and/or PC computer skills are a must.Reasoning Ability:This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
