Overview:We are seeking an experienced Creative Services Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the efforts of multiple teams, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of creative and digital projects. This role is pivotal in managing timelines, aligning production schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact across Creative, Marketing, Operations/Digital, and Sales/Analytics teams.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Operations/Digital, and Sales/Analytics teams to manage and align project timelines and deliverables.Calendar Management:

Act as the central conduit for managing project calendars, ensuring that all teams meet their deadlines, with a focus on pre-launch activities.Project Oversight:

Monitor the progress of creative production and ensure it aligns with marketing needs and campaign timelines, coordinating with operations to ensure smooth publishing and go-live processes.Single Point of Contact:

Serve as the primary liaison between teams, providing clear communication, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary.Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, understanding the downstream impact of upstream activities and proactively addressing issues.Process Optimization:

Utilize Airtable or other project management tools to streamline and optimize project management processes, ensuring efficient workflow and communication across teams.Must-Have Qualifications:Project Management Expertise:

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of interacting with Creative, Marketing, and Operations/Digital teams.Creative & Digital Experience:

Experience working within creative and digital environments, with a deep understanding of digital channels, including social media and paid advertising.Airtable Proficiency:

Expertise in Airtable or similar project management tools to effectively manage and track project timelines and deliverables.Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify risks, foresee challenges, and understand the broader impact of project activities, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Agency Background:

Experience working in a creative or digital agency setting is highly preferred.Industry Experience:

Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus, bringing relevant insights into project management within these sectors.
