Overview:

The Manager of Digital Content leads the strategy, creation, and management of digital content across multiple platforms, including web, email, text, and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital content management, with a proven track record of driving engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.

Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated content across all digital platforms.

Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for web, email, SMS, and mobile applications.

Manage the end-to-end content production process, including writing, editing, and coordinating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure content is optimized for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

Manage a team of content creators, editors, and digital marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, IT, marketing, and product development to ensure cohesive digital experiences.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics across platforms in collaboration with the Campaign Insights Team, using data to inform and refine content strategies

Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and ADA compliance.

Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve content strategies.

Qualifications:

Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communications or another related field

Minimum years of experience required: 10 or more years in marketing, with previous experience developing compelling digital content

Strong business acumen and results-oriented

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally
