RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer IV in Mountain View, CA. If the candidate is local to MTV/SFO/SDG they can go onsite - 2-3 days a week. Remote is fine, but best to be in PST/Mountain time zone.Duties:
Graphic Designer IV will use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD-ROMsGenerates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs; Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organizationREQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impactStrong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designersAdvanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assetsUnderstanding of generative AI tools and best practicesWorking knowledge of content management systemsA deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in-product marketing funnelsCuriosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business resultsPowerful communication and presentation skillsExplaining design rationale concisely and effectivelyA dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong writing craft and collaborative processThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
