As a Presentation Designer you’ll be joining a team consisting of cross-disciplinary creatives as an expert in visual design along with a team of motion, experiential, and content designers who raise the bar on end-to-end experiences across multiple disciplines. You’ll combine your love of deep design craft with storytelling. The Presentation Designer reports to the Design Group Manager under Brand and Marketing.What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in visual design, prototyping, or related fieldBachelor’s degree in graphic design, or other relevant field. Equivalent experience will be consideredDeep knowledge of design principles and methodsGraphic design: visualization/interpretation of ideasAbility to take complex to simple; design audience-backCuriosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business resultsEffective communicator, presenter, and negotiatorMastery of design tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative SuiteA dazzling online portfolioStoryteller: Must be able to create a cohesive story/direction and visualize complex contentIntrapersonal acumen: Be able to partner with Sr. leaders; have and advocate for a POV based on VOE and best practicesInitiate and establish a clear creative direction, generate varied options to achieving the best outcomeFlexible/Nimble: adjust to feedback quickly and deliver awesomeHow you will lead

Articulate complex visions through simple, elegant designsEngage with customers and learn quickly through iterative prototypingPush and evolve visual frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelinesCollaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, product developers/engineers, researchers, care, and analytics partnersSolicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviewsAdvance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trendsWork on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
