Overview: The Marketing Team is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer who has worked beyond the creative brief and owns the creative strategy process on presentations, format, and content for all digital collateral. Reporting to the Senior Director, Content & Creative, you will work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and Stakeholders to strategize and create experiences across the website and channels. You will offer innovative approaches and influence team members with your strategic approach to design that will ultimately drive acquisition and revenue.
What you’ll be doing...
Operating with an ownership mentality and independence not only will you maintain, challenge, and iterate on our web component system, you will create project proposals to influence team roadmaps and prioritiesPush the brand forward with fresh ideas across digital platformsBring concepts to life through detail-oriented, conversion-focused design, while adhering to brand guidelines, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and stakeholdersBe a champion for innovative design work that delights our customers and meets company objectivesUndertake design research, ideation, and production to meet and exceed project expectationsWho you are:
4+ years of digital design experience (mixture of digital ads, social media graphics, eguides, email banners and templates, swag items, print assets, and other brand materials)Strong portfolio that demonstrates a human-centered, empathetic, well-reasoned design approachFigma experience is a plusAbility to confidently scope and produce a landing page from concept to executionCore graphic design abilities include the ability to craft a story and have the production level know-how to cut and deliver assetsTransparent, honest, and respectful communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organizationA growth mindset and comfort with ambiguityDisplay a human-centered, empathetic approach to design that’s inquisitive, strategic, and well-reasonedReliable self-starter who can prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversightAbility to create micro-interactions using After Effects and Lottie is a huge plusCSS/Javascript familiarity is a plusBenefits: Being a Keaper has its perks…
