Position summary: The digital marketing manager within The Agency at Sikich is responsible for managing organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (including social, search and display) for The Agency's clients. The digital marketing manager should be proficient at building campaign strategy, developing campaign content recommendations, running and optimizing campaigns, and monitoring and reporting on results. The ideal candidate will be an eager learner who is able to keep pace with frequent changes in the digital marketing space and continuously looks for opportunities to improve campaign results. Comfortable researching, creating and presenting digital marketing plans that span channels and platforms.Experienced at developing digital campaign strategy and executing campaigns - from setup to launch to ongoing management and optimization.Able to collaborate effectively with a team of strategists, designers and copywriters to create digital marketing strategies that generate results.Analytically minded with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics and the marketing funnel.Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients, objectives, and priorities.Thirsty for knowledge and able to keep up on changes in the industry and articulate implications of these changes to the internal team and clients.The individual in this role must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where high-quality content output and client service is paramount. General and technical skills required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.Agency experience is preferredBachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Experience developing and executing organic and paid digital tactics across channels (social, search, etc.).Experience optimizing websites for search and developing SEO strategies that drive improvements in search rankings.Proficiency with social media ad management platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager), SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console and AdWords.Interest in marketing innovation and tools and an ability to identify opportunities to use technology to improve client results and Agency efficiency.About Sikich
