Role:

The Digital Manager will support the Digital team in leading ADM's digital transformation through the planning, development, and activation of new digital strategies and capabilities, with the goal of increasing awareness of ADM's full pantry and driving lead generation. Reporting to the Global Digital Director, the Digital Manager will work closely with the rest of the Digital marketing team to support the Global Digital Director's vision. They will also work cross-functionally with key Marketing business stakeholders, IT teams, digital transformation business leaders, and external agency partners across all regions.

The ideal candidate has five-plus years of digital marketing experience. You are an excellent communicator and listener who can gather information from multiple stakeholders to execute a shared vision supporting ADM's organizational goals. You are an solution-orientated self-starter who can think critically and collaborate across teams to support the execution of digital plans. We are looking for a team player who will take ownership and lead their projects successfully.This position requires being in office and will be held in the Chicago or Oak Brook, IL, office for five days/week.

Responsibilities include:Supports implementation of holistic website strategy and digital visionLeads paid search strategy, including coordination with agency partners and development of best practicesCoordinates and supports the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager on the holistic search strategy (SEO & SEM)Manages digital dashboards and customer data to support holistic analytics strategySupports ADM.com maintenance and optimization inclusive of:Monthly sprint deploymentsOwns execution of technical maintenance, development, and optimization of new/existing website componentsCoordinates with Technical and Marketing agencies and IT team for the success of the aboveSupports sales and marketing automation initiatives, including:Creates emails and landing pages leveraging pre-defined templates and agency partnersProject management of email and landing page requestsAssists with tasks related to customer journey developmentMaintain and support data integrity within marketing tools and systemsSupports Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in reporting web & campaign data & analytics for ADM.comManages digital marketing efforts for ADM eventsCoordinates with digital team members to support project execution and project reportingSupports documentation and distribution of digital guidelines, best practices, and working methods to ensure constant standards are met throughout the organization.Owner of ADM's YouTube channel - inclusive of strategy and maintenance execution, with a focus on optimization of videos for SEOMonitors and reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manages development of internal marketing digital portals while owning on-going management of portal content developmentStays abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending new innovative strategies.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communication, or a related field; MBA is preferred.5+ years of experience developing results-oriented digital marketing capabilities for a global organization within global web agencies and digital marketing consulting firms3+ years working at a digital agency or managing a digital agency partner, including writing briefs, efficient decision-making, and management of the executionExperience working with a global team is important. Prior experience in B2B is required, and prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a bonus.Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively throughout various levels of the organization.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative mindset. Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments related to the roleExcellent communication skills to empower stakeholders at all levels of the organization and collaborateSolution-oriented mindset with an ability execute against strategy while thinking holisticallyStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders

Key digital skills:Expertise in Optmizly CMS and other Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, Wix, etc.)Experience SEO & Paid Search strategy for leading companies/organizationsGood technical understanding of Google Search Ads (Quality Score, Ad Rank, etc.).Google Ads Certification is preferred; SEO Certification by SEMRush and training from other leading institutions in the space a plusStrong background in email nurturing and makerting automation strategyExpertise in Salesforce and Pardot with a focus on marketing automation activationExperience with Google Analytics and other Digital Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Screaming-Frog, etc.)Experience with media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution a strong plusAdobe Workfront experience a strong plus
