The

Marketing Specialist

is responsible for assisting with the development, planning and evaluation of marketing efforts; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support of marketing operations.

Safe Step seeks a creative and highly organized marketing specialist to support the coordination and execution of national marketing initiatives. The coordinator will partner with agencies and cross-functional marketing teams to understand product priorities; provide creative direction and assets, and secure appropriate approvals in accordance with production timelines.

Location:

This is a Hybrid role based out of Nashville, TN location, in accordance with the Safe Step Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channelsAssist in the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generationManage and prioritizing multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphereCoordinate content development and management with digital agencyAssist in development and implementation of lead nurturing campaigns through specific customer journeys, while delivering on-message assets and content.Manage collateral material inventory and orders for direct sellers and customers.Work closely with different marketing and advertising agencies as a point of contact.Ensure a consistent message is delivered across all marketing channelsResponsible for the brands online reputation managementMonitor competition and seasonalityDevelop and maintain monthly internal newsletterResponsible for all internal communications and eventsQualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or AdvertisingDirect Response Marketing, Digital Web Development, or Communications Content Writing experience Highly preferredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Engagement Highly preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPointEnjoy collaborating with a fast-paced marketing teamStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsThe ability to multi-taskFlexibility and the ability to adapt with ease to changing business needs

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $6,783.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
