About the position:

The Authorized Internet Reseller Compliance Coordinator supports B2B team in ensuring that Dometic Corporation's authorized reseller policies are implemented and adhered to across various e-commerce platforms. This role involves coordinating compliance activities, monitoring online channels, and assisting in enforcement efforts to protect the company's brand integrity and market distribution. This role reports to the B2B e-Commerce Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Policy Coordination:Assist in coordinating the implementation and enforcement of authorized reseller policies and agreements.Monitor e-commerce platforms and conduct regular audits to ensure effectiveness of our Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP).Maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities and enforcement actions.Communication and Training:

Support the development and delivery of training programs for internal teams and authorized resellers on compliance requirements and best practices.Serve as a point of contact for authorized resellers regarding compliance inquiries and issues, providing timely assistance and guidance.Initiate proactive measures to address UPP issues, from strategic phone calls to dealers to composing and sending notices as required.Data Management and Analysis:

Utilize compliance monitoring tools and databases to collect, analyze, and report on compliance data and metrics.Assist in generating regular reports and presentations to communicate compliance findings and trends.Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure consistent application of the UPP.Assist in coordinating enforcement actions, such as issuing warnings and cease-and-desist letters, in collaboration with the Legal, Sales, and Marketing.Participate in dealer meetings and presentations, fostering deeper connections, and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies in compliance monitoring and enforcement.Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and impact of compliance initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Prior experience in distribution, compliance, e-commerce, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods industry.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail practices is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance monitoring tools or databases is a plus.Knowledge of the land vehicles, RV, or outdoor industry is a definite plus, as is familiarity with pricing intelligence software like Price Spider.To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
