About Us:Forest River, Inc., a leading manufacturer in the recreational vehicle (RV), marine, cargo, and commercial industries, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to drive creative execution across its diverse portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategies, the RV industry and consumer engagement.

Position OverviewThe Creative Director will oversee all creative production across Forest River, Inc.'s divisions and brands. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for design and storytelling, who can inspire and manage a team of creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, graphic design, and multimedia production, with a proven track record of delivering compelling and innovative creative solutions.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and multimedia producers, to ensure high-quality output across all projects.Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives.Oversee the creation of visual and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product launches, digital media, and other promotional activities.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.Drive the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Forest River at the forefront of creative innovation.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all creative projects.Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the recreational vehicle, automotive, or consumer goods industry.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, and multimedia production.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Organizational StructureThe Creative Director is the leader of the newly formed Marketing Department and reports directly to the VP, Marketing. The Marketing Department works out of offices in Elkhart, Indiana. Due to the nature of creative, this role blends in-office and time out of the office.

This role will manage contractors. When managing others, this role may be expected to carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training contractors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and providing constructive feedback; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
