must reside in Texas or Tennessee . Travel is approximately 70%, primarily within Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee but not limited to these states.

Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting local and regional marketing programs and activities that generate new prospects and advance existing sales opportunities for the sales team. The Field Marketing Specialist is part of the corporate marketing team and is a contributor to the execution and measurement of marketing programs and campaigns that involve or engage directly with customers, strategic partners and/or sales personnel. Plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with consumers.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute account-based and/or regional level campaigns with field sales teams and regional partners.Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers, field sales, and partners is essential. Trust and rapport contribute to successful brand representation.Target Industry Associations represent UDT by building and growing relationships with regional associations and driving joint marketing activities.Event Management: They organize promotional events, product launches, or demonstrations. This involves logistics, setting up booths, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.

Support corporate and sponsored events in coordination with corporate event management team and regional sales team. Actively participate in research, designing, development, and coordination of organizational events and meetings.On-Site Interaction: These professionals engage with potential customers at events, trade shows or other physical settings. They answer questions, demonstrate products, and create memorable experiences.

Product Knowledge: A field marketing specialist must have a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and regional partners. They can explain product features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers.Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned regional and corporate marketing activities and with our partners.Feedback Collection: Field marketers gather feedback from customers and partners. They listen to customer opinions, preferences, and pain points. This information helps the company improve its offerings.Market Insights: By being on the ground, field marketing associates gain insights into local markets. They observe and research consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends.Report market and customer intelligence to sales teams.Brand Promotion: Field marketing associates act as liaisons between buyers and sellers. They provide valuable information about products and services directly to consumers. Their goal is to promote the brand and create positive associations.Support co-marketing demand generation program opportunities with our alliance partners.Managed Regional Marketing DashboardOther things as assigned by Corporate.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years in experience Channel Marketing.Knowledge of business financial concepts and practices.Knowledge of technology industry required.Excellent verbal and written communications skills including presentation, persuasion, and sales skills.Excellent interpersonal skillsSome knowledge in CRM (Dynamics) and Marketing AutomationSome knowledge in Digital Marketing (Paid Search, social media, Integrated Campaigns).Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically, intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.Must be detail oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.Must have strong organizational and time management skills.Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills that will represent the company professionally to outside agencies, financial institutions, business partners, employees, and customers.Must have a strong work ethic and display personal and corporate integrity.Must be self-motivated and results driven.Must be flexible and adaptable to change.Must be team focused.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend or evening work if needed.Provide presence in company sponsored events.Must be able to travel for all in person events as needed.
