About this role:

As the Director, Brand Creative, you will play a key role in the organization by curating how our brand shows up to the consumer across advertising and marketing touchpoints. Aligned with the brand vision, you will be our internal creative lead, driving inspirational storytelling and unique consumer marketing concepts that build distinct equity for the brand in consumers' minds. You will be the steward of our established brand point of view through advertising that is emotionally and culturally relevant and unique to the Nulo. You will report to the Head of Brand and Consumer Marketing, while also working closely with Founder/CEO/Brand Architect.

What You'll Do:Influence and guide senior creative partners (advertising agencies, internal creative services teams and external creative collaborators) and stakeholders to execute overall creative direction in line with brand strategy.Think conceptually and develop big ideas, inspiring your creative partners to do the same, while concurrently supporting them in bringing the ideas to life.Support consistency in brand representation across all areas.In partnership with the Head of Brand and Consumer Marketing, define and articulate seasonal storytelling.Guide the creative process, seasonal art direction, and campaign concepts.Collaborate with the retail and product marketing team to manage how the brand aesthetic comes to life at retail and across all product categories.Ensure creative output delivers the desired brand experience.Who You Are (Preferred requirements):

8+ years of experience, ideally in an advertising agency environment.Exceptional creative talent with a complete grasp of the elements of creative design, including graphic design, photography, video and their principles, allowing for clear visualization of brand assets.Exceptional communications skills, ability to turn complex strategy into clear simple, actionable plans; to scope and articulate creative strategy and concepts; and to present creative work.Ability to inspire other creatives and lead a creative design process; to set a creative tone and to inspire ideas/new concepts.Strong listening skills and ability to interpret feedback.Proven experience in building a lifestyle brand and driving the creative vision through multiple product categories.Quick learner and resourceful; able to prioritize effectively.Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the pet food industry - or at least a love of pets!High level of ownership, accountability, initiative and drive.Proactive, with a very strong attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving.Ability to travel (for creative shoots, etc).What you'll get:
