Role Summary:

As a member of BMC's (Brundage Management Co) executive team, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for growing the company's revenues and market share in our business. This role, while emphasizing content creation, will also focus on overall marketing strategies, branding, campaign development, and the effective use of various marketing tools and platforms to drive awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering and overseeing our brand narrative and visual aesthetics while harnessing the full potential of modern marketing techniques to propel our companies forward. This position will report to the COO.

What does that ideal and unique individual look like?

Confers with executive team members (Operations, Finance, IT, Risk, Analytics) to evaluate and promote possibilities for improved and expanded marketing opportunities.Recommend changes in philosophy and policy to serve the best interest of the organization.Evaluates market conditions for each business and customer segment, recommends changes as needed.Analyzes marketing programs' effectiveness and ROI, recommends changes as needed.Leads strategy for Customer Experience via communications, branch enhancements and the digital channel.Leads team to support products via brand, direct mail, and digital programs.Provides reports to operational and executive team members regarding effectiveness of programs, KPIs, ROI, etc..Plans marketing programs and maintains budget.Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field

Preferred: Master's degree

Minimum 15 years' experience leading across digital platforms and marketing channels.

Deep experience with direct mail and credit attributes, data and modeling required.

Brand management preferred.
