The Sr. Specialist, Marketing will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by supporting the execution of demand generation campaigns, sales enablement, and pipeline progression for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) aligned to the Americas Public Sector region and various customer roles targeted by Sales. What you will do:Partner directly with Sales to support program and strategy alignmentService Sales requests from marketingCreate regional demand and lead generation campaigns designed to target specific customer personas and drive quality leads to Sales to build pipelineDevelop and execute Sales enablement programs to progress pipelineAssist with the development and execution of global role-based campaignsSupport the execution of strategies and campaigns, including but not limited to, writing content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search ads, sales enablement, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social mediaCollaborate with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing programsReport on lead activity to support pipeline progression and campaign reporting and analysisProject manage and track campaign performance; proactively provide recommendations for campaign optimization and report on success metrics using analytics and Power BI toolsWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)2-4 years' experience working within Marketing or Digital Marketing; prefer large or global technology company experiencePrior experience supporting Public Sector (Federal, State and Local, and Education) in a marketing roleProven experience supporting the development of successful integrated marketing or demand generation programsSelf-motivated with excellent project management, communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsAbility to conceptualize and build integrated cross-functional lead generation campaigns, and present work confidently to leadersAbility to be flexible and work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced, fast-changing virtual-first environmentCuriosity and confidence to ask questions when uncertain or unclear on how to proceed or to assert innovative ideasProficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, or other similar applicationsSamples of writing: email, collateral, landing pages, etc.What you will get:Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more!Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversityProfessional development and unlimited growth opportunities#LI-Hybrid#LI-KP2Who are we? Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
