Green House is looking for a Senior Account Director who will act as business & client lead for the Creative Strategy department with strong creative and strategic skills to nurture client relationships and drive business growth. This role will also serve as the internal advocate for the Creative Strategy capability across the account program service teams and will work closely with the Head of Creative and Head of Strategy to expand business opportunities within and beyond the beverage industry and frontline/field capabilities. Success in this role demands executional excellence, creative intuition, relationship-building skills, and strategic acumen. The position offers the opportunity to lead client relationships, drive revenue growth, become a pivotal liaison between all departments, and establish a strategic career trajectory within our team.We Are Looking For:Strong Client Relationship Management:

The candidate should excel in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement. This involves being the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and proactively maintaining clear and effective communication.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:

The role requires a leader with the ability to provide strategic direction, drive department processes, and influence cross-departmental collaboration. The candidate should possess executive and strategic acumen, be a proactive decision-maker, and demonstrate foresight in planning and business development.

Business Acumen and Financial Oversight:

The ideal candidate must have strong business-oriented skills, including commercial acumen and an understanding of how the agency makes money. They should be capable of managing financials, forecasting, and driving profitability and efficiency within their department.

Creative and Analytical Skills:

A balance between creative intuition and data-driven decision-making is essential. The candidate should be able to craft compelling narratives (storytelling) for client presentations and proposals while also being comfortable with data analysis and using metrics to measure success.

Proactivity and Resilience:

The candidate should be a self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities for growth and improvement. Resilience and the ability to navigate challenges effectively are also important, as the role may involve working with limited guidance or resources initially.

Sales and Business Development:

There is a priority for the candidate to contribute to sales efforts and business development. This includes identifying new business opportunities, enhancing client portfolios, and participating in networking activities to expand the agency’s reach.

Cultural Fit and Team Collaboration:

The candidate should align with the company’s culture, demonstrating qualities such as humility, kindness, and a collaborative spirit. They should be able to work effectively within a team, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:

Emphasis is placed on the ability to develop and implement efficient processes and protocols to optimize workflow, improve project management, and ensure seamless integration of creative strategies across departments.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in account management or client service roles preferred, preferably within the CPG and beverage industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Client-Centric: Exceptional client service skills with a proactive and responsive approach to client needs.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.Revenue-Focused: Strong business acumen with a proven track record of managing and growing large accounts, with a focus on strategic and creative solutions.Collaborative Leader: Strong leadership and team management skills.
