Summer 2025 Intern - HR Talent Acquisition & Marketing - Frisco, TX

As a Summer 2025 Intern - HR Talent Acquisition & Marketing in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of creating an impactful experience for our campus programs and will be provided opportunities to personally grow professionally. Come learn what it takes to succeed at an industry-leading company and help contribute to our ongoing success. You will partner cross-functionally to activate engagement for our student intern program through event planning, communications, and social media. Your projects will also be focused on optimizing our processes, branding and marketing for the upcoming recruiting season. This role thrives on challenge and project management, placing the Team First with initiative to seek opportunities to Deliver Big, Think Bold and Be Fearless and Fair.

Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from June 2 – August 8, 2025

Full-time; 40 hours per week

Monday-Friday

8:00am until 5:00pm

Hybrid

As a HR Talent Acquisition Intern you will:

Lead marketing & communications focused projects in areas of campus recruitment, TA operations and talent acquisition intern program management

Plan and execute several events for summer intern program

Drive engagement strategy with peers and organizational leaders for virtual internship program through internal tools and LinkedIn Spotlight Series

Assist in compiling campus recruitment best practices research and creating recommendations based upon findings

Working with HR Communications Team to create approved recruiting event materials, including marketing flyers and company overview presentations

Work to optimize hiring tools and technologies

Create an on-brand video to celebrate our interns for National Intern Day

Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested

Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures

Elements of the KDP Intern Program include:

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
