Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Will be responsible for interval level reporting through out the dayWill be responsible for daily summaries of call volume/aux/any channel issues/outliersObserve and report real time agent outliersObserve and report real time channel issues for Dish TVTroubleshoot and schedule MVDDS sites for maintenanceAd hock reporting and requests when needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or five-plus years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills and Qualifications:Familiar with GSuite productsSQL experiencePrevious Workforce Management experience (real-time or scheduling preferably)WFM software experience (preferrably Calabrio Teleopti)Prior Amazon Connect experienceFamiliar with Tableau
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/HourBenefits
