User Experience Researcher

Key Responsibilities:Design and conduct comprehensive research studies, from method selection to data analysis, to inform product decisions.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize and execute research initiatives.Analyze research data and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, shaping product and business strategies.Top 3 Daily Tasks:Meet with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and share progress.Design and execute studies to answer key research questions.Analyze data and present insights to inform product direction.Mandatory Qualifications:BA/BS in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.3-4 years of hands-on UX research experience, leading studies from planning to insight communication.Preferred Qualifications:Deep understanding of human behavior and cognition as it relates to technology use.Ability to craft compelling narratives from research data to influence stakeholders and product design.Knowledge of product development processes and usability best practices
