Job Description

Implement, maintain, and support information systems to meet the business needs of our organization and scale as we grow. Team members in this position work with the most technically complex areas of the system and serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to the business. Senior Systems Analysts lead projects related to system changes, document business requirements, configure the system, test, and communicate with impacted users via trainings or other communications. Analyze business data for trends and make recommendations for improvements. Works with business partners to identify and implement technological solutions with the goal of improving operational performance or efficiency.

The Role:Serving as a consultant and subject matter expert, establish a trusted relationship with business partners and communities. Understand end user needs and experiences and configure systems and design processes to meet those needs.Collaborates with business partners to create vision and strategic plan for the future of system.Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.Interprets data, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.Lead projects related to system changes in area of expertise. Establish project timelines, gather business requirements, obtain buy in from key stakeholders, and update training and communication materials as needed.Provide production support for customers by working tickets from the queue. Analyze themes in tickets to determine if a major change to the system is needed or if communication or training materials need to be changed. Respond to urgent and/or complex tickets, utilizing deep system knowledge to solve problems.Configure technically complex system changes, keeping in mind end user experience and usability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.Stay informed of system enhancements and product changes from vendors. Assess changes for impact, applicability, and benefits they will provide to end users.Act as a mentor and trainer for System Support Analysts and Systems Analysts. Train, delegate, and provide feedback and coaching on day-to-day work.Maintains knowledge on developments, trends, and best practices in technology and business networks.Experience:

BS or BA degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience5+ years related experience. Experience with Salesforce or other marketing and sales systems required.Project management experience preferred Demonstrated success in vendor management to achieve pricing/deadlines.Knowledge & Skills:

Strong problem solving ability with focus on quality and urgencyProvides technical expertise, leadership and project coordination to support the systemStrong leadership and coaching skills Strong documentation and technical writing skillsAbility to provide quality customer service Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and use good judgment in making routine decisionsThorough and detail-oriented Performs work under minimal supervisionHandles complex issues and only refers the most complex problems to higher-level staffCommunicate with and promptly assist multiple levels ranging from senior leadership to support staffResponsible for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactionsTake ownership of a project and have the ability to distribute tasks to team members and meet milestone completionMust be able to forecast specific business results and create solutions which will increase efficiency. Senior systems analysts should be familiar with a variety of programming languages to create effective scripts which decrease workloads.Have a thorough understanding of the technology stack within scope applications. Analyze and communicate how a change to tech stack can impact the application's overall functionality.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors
