Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new patient acquisition, re-engage existing patients, and ultimately grow revenue. The ideal candidate is driven to continually optimize and streamline processes, improve objectives, and has experience with multi-site healthcare providers. They are experienced in leading patient acquisition initiatives across channels, including paid media, local SEO, direct mail, site design and optimization, email, content strategy, reputation management, and more. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Director of Marketing to be accountable for the execution, management, and attribution of the marketing program. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling multiple brands, campaigns, and projects. The Marketing Manager will implement a structured and analytical approach to assessing the current marketing strategy and the biggest opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee implementation, measurement, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (including SEO,

paid media, direct mail, social media (paid and organic), site design and optimization, email, content strategy,

reputation management and more for new patient acquisition and retention and patient experience across brands and

services offered

• Accountable for Marketing Services requests across all brands and AVP internal departments to create patient and

employee-facing materials such as flyers, brochures, promo items, emails etc

• Oversee and control content, design and aesthetic of marketing and clinic sales requestso Web projectso Emailo Social mediao Flyer, collateral, and clinic requestso Sales physician outreach collateralo Photography and videography• Maintain all brand(s) look, feel, and position in the marketplace. Manage with current trends and keep brands relevant

and engaging

• Manage, create and implement external-facing social media content (paid and organic) across relevant channels for

multiple brands

• Have an active role in agency and freelance relationships, making strategic use of both in-house and external resources

• Have a strong vision for content strategy based on a deep understanding of what drives patient acquisition, patient

experience and physician relationships

• Manage and execute marketing strategies that are unique to each brand, procedure type, and geographic location

• Provide oversight and direction for direct reports and external vendors

• Work to ensure marketing efforts are measured and reporting properly, providing visibility on campaigns to cross-

functional teams and departments

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience requiredExperience with marketing that drives results (marketing qualified leads/conversions)Experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably within the eyecare space8+ years of cumulative and progressive professional Marketing Demand Generation, Digital Marketing experience - (multi-site/brand) healthcare industry preferred3+ years of management experience preferredExperience creating contentMust possess strong writing and editing skillsExperience in Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaExperience with video editing preferredConsistent track record of creating and executing multi-channel branding and Marketing campaignsExperience managing a marketing program with multiple locations, service lines and/or brandsAbility to manage in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment; understands that marketing programs must deliver ROI, revenue and profit, yet is able to take risks to achieveTrack record of results in patient acquisition and revenue growth
