Merlyn Mind is looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team and help us take our product marketing strategy to the next level. As Merlyn's Product Marketing Manager, you will be reporting into the Senior Director of Brand and Content, and working directly with the product and revenue teams to grow product usage and brand affinity. You will refine, execute, and help manage Merlyn's go-to-market strategy including product launches, user onboarding journey, materials development, and more.

You're capable of driving strategy with both a data-driven mindset and an understanding of Merlyn's value position in the US K12 Education market. At the same time, you're eager to get into the trenches and execute on a tactical level; after all, rolling up your sleeves is a big part of the fun! You will lead the process and playbook development and execution of product launch campaigns, partnering with Product, GTM, and channel teams. You will evaluate and report on the impact of launch campaigns in sales readiness, user behaviors and product affinity.

What you'll do

Act as subject matter expert for K12: develop insights for key buyer and user personas including the problems they face, their specific needs and requirements, the competing solutions that are available to them, and the differentiated benefits Merlyn products provide; analyze school rhythms for classroom educators to drive product launch campaign strategy.Perform competitive and market research to help position us to grow the Merlyn Mind brand.Own end-to-end coordination of product launch campaigns identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and coordinating marketing activities across channels including emails, video, webinars, digital media, social media, collateral, and web content.Support creation of success stories, participating in the end-to-end process of interviewing users and customers, developing key messaging and assisting with production.Develop and maintain compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the launch calendar and sales process to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.Create compelling program design to drive user adoption, increase NPS and engagement.Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations and have compelling, accurate content to support the user journey.Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant experience.At least five (5) years of marketing experience, and 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement.Deeply curious self-starter with the ability to define processes and solutions for unstructured problems.Ability to work independently while also functioning and contributing as part of a teamExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsData-driven and organized, oriented to project management.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and flawless execution.Ability to learn, create, and adapt to changing market landscapes and technologies.Familiarity with tools including Salesforce, Webflow, Hubspot.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM).
