Optional with matching contributions.Responsibilities:Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.Envision, formulate, and manage the implementation of marketing strategies to generate high-quality sales leads cost-effectively and convert them into valuable appointments.Oversee the Marketing Department and/or vendors in designing, writing, producing, and coordinating all marketing materials and campaigns, including videos, newsletters, brochures, postcards, case studies, advertisements, and digital content.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build and refine successful strategies.Create, maintain, and conduct detailed analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights to drive future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Provide formal proposals and tactical recommendations.Engage with the community and civic organizations to promote the company through event sponsorships, awards applications, and other promotional activities.Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2C marketing, with required experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services marketing.At least two (2) years of experience in digital marketing (PPC and LSA).At least two (2) years of experience in outbound marketing (direct mail, email, texting).At least two (2) years of experience with branding pieces (radio, TV, pre-roll, etc.).Work on-site daily at our office to collaborate closely with the team and oversee marketing operations.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Experience in creating and managing comprehensive marketing budgets.Excellent writing and project management skills.Ready to elevate your career?
