We're seeking a visionary Marketing Director to revolutionize our marketing efforts and drive our firm's growth. As our Marketing Director, you will create and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing system based on the principles of strategic and magnetic marketing. The goal of the Marketing Director is to attract high-quality clients to the firm, engage existing clients, and attract prospective advisors to the firm. You'll lead our promotional efforts across various channels including podcasts, YouTube, direct mailing, advertisements, webinars, and more. You will develop and present a budget, utilize vendors, contractors, and freelancers with the potential of hiring direct reports. Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and monitor a robust, multi-channel marketing strategy • Create and manage a marketing system that delivers consistent, measurable results • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including websites, podcasts, YouTube content, advertisements, direct mailings, webinars, newsletters, and advisor-facing content • Evaluate, hire, and manage vendors, consultants, and freelancers. Identify roles to start building an internal team • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership Qualifications: • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least five years in a senior marketing role • Experience in wealth management or financial and insurance services industries • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Expert-level knowledge of modern marketing tools, platforms, and analytics • Strong network of vendors, contractors, and service providers in the marketing industry Compensation: $90,000
