Key Job Responsibilities Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and distribute engaging content across earned, owned, and paid channels-including komatsu.com, My Komatsu (eCommerce), email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), blogs, social media, and trade publications-to drive personalized audience engagement. Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with marketing managers to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Builds and nurtures strong relationships with MarComm departments, digital teams, product teams, and dealer sales teams to align goals, prioritize ongoing work, and ensure successful project execution. Leverages MarComm\'s project management software, Asana, to manage projects effectively, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into workspaces, including fields, descriptions, and comments. Provides support and guidance on Asana and other project management tools to empower the broader team to efficiently manage their tasks and responsibilities. Manages creative capacity and resource allocation by interfacing with creative, content, and marketing managers, and oversees vendor relations to ensure project needs are met within budget and deadlines.
