Design and improve key features of the ClickUp platform, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectivesCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for your projectsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate on designs and ensure successful implementationParticipate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsContribute to the evolution of ClickUp's design system and overall product strategyMentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback in design critiquesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in productivity and project management software designQualifications:
5-7 years of experience shipping production-grade software, ideally in the productivity or project management spaceStrong portfolio showcasing your contributions to successful product designs in fast-paced environmentsExpertise in UX/UI design with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfacesProficiency in tackling complex interaction design challengesAbility to effectively communicate ideas through visual designs and interactive prototypes (we use Figma)Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VS Code)Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skillsProven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality productsSalary Range: $130,000 - $172,500 USD.
