As a member of the Editorial team, the Creative Strategist will be responsible for working with our stakeholders to develop creative briefs, overseeing concepting, and working with our agency partners and in-house team to develop creative. As stewards of Adobe's social channels, we look to maintain a high bar for quality while driving relevance of our brand and products to consumers.What You'll Do

Oversee development of social creative from brief to executionManage creative agency and work collaboratively with in-house teams to build production and review processesLead brainstorms and help concept, script, and develop creative, from content to campaignsDevelop creative franchises and strategies to market Adobe's products, maintain thought leadership, and develop brand affinityWhat you need to succeed

7+ years as a Creative Strategist at a major consumer facing brandExperience in a fast-paced, newsroom style social teamDirect experience overseeing creative agencies, freelancers, and production teams to develop creativeA deep understanding of internet trends and cultureAbility to dive into brainstorms, develop concepts, pitch campaigns, and lead projects from end to endOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,000 -- $156,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
