Job DescriptionDay to Day:
Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.• Collaborate across design, product management and engineering to discover and share project goals, objectives, and target users and help guide project direction.• Create user flows, experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes that reflect team as well as Intralinks goals.• Share and solicit input from stakeholders and users to ensure designs meet user and company goals.• Advocate for the user and the solving of their goals and problems while balancing time and technology limitations to produce the best possible solutions.• Conduct design workshops as needed with cross functional participants.• Conduct user validation sessions as needed.Minimum Experience:• 4-7 years of product design experience.• Knowledge with agile, scrum, and success integrating design with them.• Experience leading projects and meetings with a diverse group of stakeholders.• Experience with standard design tools – we use Figma.• Experience with design sprints and using other methodologies to solve our users’ challenges.SS&C offers excellent benefits including health, dental, 401k plan, tuition and professional development reimbursement plan.
