Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.About the Role:Tubi is seeking a creative, experienced, effective and transactionally driven executive to join our Content Acquisitions and Partnerships team to focus on all internal and external work streams tied to Commercial Affairs of Tubi Original Content. This role will be a key leader on the Content Acquisitions and Partnerships team with primary responsibilities focused on driving cross-functional alignment, running internal green light process, leading deals for development and production and shepherding Tubi Original programming through its life cycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the domestic and/or international TV and Film space focused on programming, acquisitions, original content and/or distribution, having a keen understanding of deal making. This role is integral to ensuring that Tubi continues to expand its content offering and hit its growth targets.This hybrid role can be based in Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY, and reports to the SVP, Content Acquisitions & Partnerships.Responsibilities:

Lead all internal and external work streams related to the Commercial Affairs of Tubi Original Content.Collaborate with SVP, Content Acquisitions and Partnerships, creative team, and Content Strategy & Analysis team to ensure appropriate type and volume of Original programming is being developed, produced and launched on Tubi.Lead cross-functional alignment between internal teams, such as Creative, FP&A, Business & Legal Affairs, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Growth, Content Strategy and Content Distribution, on all Original programming.Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis to monitor, track, and evaluate development and production spending.Collaborate with internal teams to solicit greenlight analysis and feedback on projects.Lead cross-functional greenlight process to ensure clear visibility, feedback, and senior leadership alignment on Original Programming investment.In collaboration with Business & Legal Affairs negotiate and execute development, production, talent, and content licensing agreements with major studios, distributors, producers, agents, and reps.Oversee internal and external flow of information regarding content initiatives, new opportunities, and programming updates.Work alongside Creative and Content Strategy to manage the overall slate of projects from development through release, ensuring Tubi meets all deadlines agreed upon between production partners, distributors and talent.Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure robust communication on project status, greenlight, launch, performance data and manage producer and talent relationships.Dig deep into data to set KPIs, monitor performance, liaise with internal and external partners and adjust tactics accordingly to ensure success.Assess programming opportunities for senior management, as requested.Grow relationships with key licensors, producers, studios and production companies, as necessary.Collaborate with Production and Business & Legal Affairs teams on non-creative elements, such as guild requirements, tax or other incentives and third party vendors.Vet capabilities of new partners, producers and production companies to determine their ability to deliver content that meets Tubi’s creative and financial benchmarks.Your Background:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in programming, acquisitions, originals and/or distribution at a leading entertainment or technology company.Demonstrated ability to oversee Original programming life cycle, including greenlight process, deal negotiation, production, delivery, launch and distribution.In-depth knowledge and understanding of how Original programming is acquired, developed, produced and what creatively resonates with audiences based on data and insights.Established relationships throughout the entertainment sector, specifically with the major studios, global indies, TV networks, and local international broadcasters, distributors, content aggregators and production entities.Strong financial management skills, including ability to analyze production budgets, maintain disciplined spend and analyze cost/benefit of overages/breakage.In-depth knowledge and understanding of global TV and Film marketplace as well as a love of movies and television shows.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to develop creative, clear, and concise narratives for wide variety of audiences.Exceptional ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to major content markets and as otherwise necessary.Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude who can solve a wide variety of problems.BA or BS degree required; MBA or JD preferred.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
