The primary purpose of the work in this position is to drive the creation of proposals, case statements, reports, and other communications vehicles in collaboration with frontline fundraisers, consultants, and content experts throughout the National Gallery.

For this position, candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the NF-9 level in the Federal service, driving the creation of proposals, case statements, reports, and other communications vehicles in collaboration with frontline fundraisers, consultants, and content experts for a major organization’s development office.

Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated experience working in a development and fundraising or other business-oriented setting, with campaign experience a plus.

Outstanding writing and editing skills with experience and a proven track record of creating successful fundraising or business proposals, white papers, or other polished written materials.

Demonstrated ability and experience using tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Powerpoint.

Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
