Our Boston based agency client is looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years for a full-time contract role starting immediately; there will be some onsite meetings and this role is based in South Boston. (There is a parking lot with available parking for the building.) Previous experience with packaging, SKUs, print production for sales materials, and working with CPG/retail clients is a must for this role. Also, must have strong technical experience in product design and engineering for this role.Responsibilities:
Strong technical experience in product design and engineering.Experience managing projects related to packaging, production, and product design.Work closely with Account and one other PM on all agency clients.Provide direction and structure for the team regarding timelines and objectives.Clarify and communicate statuses.Provide proactive recommendations and use prior experience to recommend opportunities to resolve challenges that arise over the course of the project.Leverage best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects.Develop project scope documents and enroll assigned team members for assigned high impact projects – including clear outcomes, objectives, and targets.Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction.Work closely with clients.Provide day-to-day project contact for the client.
