Aristotle attracts and retains talented investment professionals through a culture focused on research, investment management and client success.We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Marketing to assist the department in providing clients and internal parties with timely and accurate information related to the firm and its investment strategies, with a focus on various client requests, client RFIs, quarterly reporting and ad hoc requests, as well as supporting the team to scale through the use of technology and AI tools. Working closely with teammates to enhance the client experience.What You Will Do:Prepare client deliverables, including client presentations and reporting.Assist the team in automation efforts through Seismic.Run data and attribution from eVestment, FactSet, Bloomberg and/or data warehouse.Prepare and deliver client and consultant deliverables, including commentary and attribution write-ups.Develop expertise across software applications to retrieve/generate information.Collaborate with CPMs, consultant relations and sales to develop webinars, quarterly updates, animations and video content to improve the client experience.Collaborate with team members to complete ad hoc projects.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background: required.Business or finance major: preferred but not necessary.Experience at an asset management firm: highly desired.Three to five years of relevant financial services experience.Eager and willing to embrace AI tools and applications.A balanced quantitative and qualitative skillset.Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow through.Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities independently.Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications).Working knowledge across a variety of capital markets software applications and analytics tools an asset: eVestments, Responsive, Seismic etc: preferred but not necessary.What We Have to Offer:Robust Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your dependents401(K) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchingA culture that values inclusivityFlexible Paid time off, including annual Employee Volunteer DayLife, Critical Illness, Disability, and Accidental Injury InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramVarious Company events throughout the yearEmployee Discount ProgramIs Aristotle Right for You?At Aristotle, we stand by our core values:We place our clients’ interests first.We act with integrity.We achieve excellence through accountability and collaboration.We empower our employees.We are respectful.We value community.Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00, plus discretionary bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.This is a hybrid role, preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Newport Beach, CA or Los Angeles, CA office.We are looking for exceptional individuals who are intelligent, enthusiastic, and curious, someone who will contribute to our expanding business.
