Visual Soldiers is looking for a dynamic Mid-Level Designer to work with our talented team of creatives and developers to craft visually stunning work for our clients. Whether it’s building a brand identity, individual graphics task, or creating immersive web experiences, you’ll be at the heart of our design process, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and care.Ideal Designer:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Sketch, MiroStrong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and design principlesGreat typography and layout skills with a high attention to detailFamiliarity with responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and how design impacts user interactionAbility to multi-task and deliver great designs quicklyExperience developing and refining brand identities across multiple channelsPhoto and motion experience is a plusRequirements:

3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environmentA strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for real clients across a variety of mediums, including web, branding, and digital campaignsAbility to clearly communicate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members and clientsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesOpenness to feedback and ability to iterate designs to meet evolving project needsWhat We Offer:Opportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and creative work environment
