Lytx is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop impactful digital marketing experiences in support of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will work with broader growth marketing teams to translate go-to-market strategy into personalized, high-impact buying journeys in paid media, web personalization, email, and other digital touchpoints as assigned.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a critical role in our go-to-market strategy, executing and continuously optimizing channels and tactics to engage target accounts.

You’ll Get To:

Contribute to the tactical planning of omni-channel marketing campaigns

Execute personalized digital experiences within integrated campaigns, spanning paid media, email, web personalization, and social media

Identify opportunities to continuously optimize digital marketing tactics with A/B testing and other experimentation

Contribute to campaign and channel performance reporting

Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and marketing operations to ensure campaign and brand alignment

Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

3-5 years of experience working on a digital marketing team, preferably in B2B or SaaS

Hands-on experience in paid media best practices

Hands-on experience nurturing target audiences with email, retargeting, and other digital touchpoints

Familiarity with web personalization and CRO tools (Mutiny) is a plus

Familiarity with predictive intent tools (6sense, DemandBase) is a plus

Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Trello) is a plus

BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is: $67,875.00 - $85,625.00
