We are a team that values consumer empathy, constant testing and iteration, and cross-functional collaboration.About the Role:As a Technical Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Quizlet, you will build out data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention throughout their lifecycle. You will leverage analytics to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and optimize performance across multiple channels for a wide variety of audiences while maintaining rigorous best practice standards. You will be responsible for contributing to the operational efficiency of the team.This is a

Work with our broader team to build and deploy complex multi-channel lifecycle programsCollaborate with stakeholders on complex campaign logic and work with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to integrate new events and attributesPersonalize campaigns and deliver recommendations with custom data and API callsWrite custom logic to localize marketing campaigns for 19 marketsCreate and maintain technical documentation and user guides for all CRM channelsAssist in handling email deliverability and reputation at scaleDevelop and implement a robust QC process to ensure 100% error-free deliveryAssist in ad hoc Lifecycle Marketing Projects as neededWhat you bring to the table:
5+ years of experience in computer science, marketing, or related field2+ years of experience with Braze, Iterable, or a similar marketing automation platformDemonstrated experience working with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to integrate new events, attributes, and other data or channelsAbility to write liquid logic, SQL, and/or HTMLHigh interest and demonstrated skill in technical campaign setupExperience building and launching multi-channel marketing campaignsKeen attention to detailStrong problem identification and solving skillsAbility to work independently across multiple projects and timelinesBonus points if you have:
