This person will be responsible for directing newscasts some days, and then run graphics other days. The schedule may vary, however this will initially be 1 weekend day and 4 weekdays.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDirect/Technical Direct live newscasts and other events.Run Graphics and videos during live newscasts and other events.Run studio cameras when called upon.QUALIFICATIONSStrong knowledge/understanding of digital video/audio applications.General experience in television is preferred.Understanding of Microsoft Office & File-based workflows.Detail oriented.Drive to learn.Available nights and weekends.SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation:
High school diploma required. College degree or work toward a degree preferred.Experience:
Studio experience preferred. Stage managing experience preferred.Computer Skills:
Experience with Microsoft applications including Windows operating systems.
