Summary/Objective

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our overall corporate marketing efforts.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team’s operations. This role involves coordinating and optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technologies, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong time management, technical proficiency, team collaboration, experience working in marketing automation tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Functions

Campaign Support

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.

Manage content calendars to balance marketing messages and audiences across platforms.

Marketing Technology Management:

Utilize marketing automation, webinar platform, Monday.com, and CRM system for campaign support.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, analyst and creative, to support marketing initiatives.

Metrics and Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.

Marketing Team Support:

Provide direct support to the marketing team as needed to achieve overall marketing goals.

Required Education and Experience

2+ years of experience in marketing or related field.

BA/BS Degree or commensurate experience.

Excellent project management skills.

A curious problem-solver who likes to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Knowledgeable in email marketing.

Basic proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

A strong desire to leverage the latest technology and communication methods to influence prospects and customers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional time management and excellent attention to detail, with a highly enthusiastic attitude and an eye for quality.

A self-starter, willing to invest time and effort to learn new skills and techniques.

Ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where your job may be different every day.
