Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.The NBCU Ad Sales Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock, NBCU Streaming, and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports Ad Sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including long-term strategic planning, market/competitive analyses, go-to-market strategies, business case development, sales optimization, and budget planning.The Manager, Streaming Ad Innovation Strategy will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business. You will impact revenue growth across Peacock & the rest of the NBCUniversal portfolio by identifying new product ad innovations that will help to shape the future of Peacock and NBCU’s digital ad experience.Key Responsibilities:Product Business Case Valuations:

Develop comprehensive business case analyses for new and improved product offerings that drive revenue and attract new clients to NBCU.Perform financial analysis to determine revenue opportunity for new client offerings.Support evaluation of new ad innovations on Peacock and set priority KPIs to track in-market performance.Partner with BD teams to explore new/enhancements to existing/new vendors related to ad innovation.Collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to establish buy-in and operationalize product strategies.Drive marketplace insights to inform long-term growth opportunities around product ad innovations.Develop a comprehensive tracker of competitive Ad Innovation and Ad Experience.

Roadmap Management and Sales Prioritization:

Score new ad innovations using NBCU Ad Innovation Framework to determine level of prioritization.Partner with product on level of effort and final roadmap prioritization.Gather sales/agency/client feedback to inform ad innovation product roadmap.Work across product and strategy to ensure initiatives stay on track and teams are aligned on desired outcomes.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

Develop insights from current ad innovation revenue to inform senior leadership of current trends and areas of opportunity.Create agency/category specific views to drive quarterly meetings with agency leads to help identify growth areas.Define and monitor ad innovation performance KPIs, leveraging data and in-market Sales feedback to optimize products/processes.Partner with Marketing to develop/simplify go-to-market sales strategy and educate sales on new/existing ad innovation product offerings.

Basic Requirements:Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity.A minimum of 4 years previous relevant work experience; this could include media experience at a tech/network/streaming company, professional services, or corporate strategy/finance.Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational, time and people management skills.BA/BS required.Desired Characteristics:Previous experience in advertising sales or at a media company a plus.Experience in Product, Ad Innovation, or Ad Experience.Passion for diving into complex concepts, defining value propositions, and collaborating with other business lines on long-term growth strategies.Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Additional Requirements:Hybrid:

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
