The Digital Marketing Specialist: Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboard that effectively present digital marketing metrics. Creates and manage social media content calendars across multiple social media accounts and platforms. Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and pay-per-click advertising. Monitors social media across all platforms and engage with audience when appropriate. Collaborates with Marketing/Communications team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy. Manages social media budgets to optimize spend and boost high performing posts. Uses analytical skills to interpret social media, digital, and website data to optimize reach, impact, engagement, and brand awareness. Collaborates with Graphic Designer or outside vendors to develop creative content. Is a champion for the company branding, messaging, and digital best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Practical experience and/or working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms. Experience with Hootsuite or similar platform. Experience with Google Analytics/Google Ads. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
