1st Shift - 9am-5pm/M-FPOSITION SUMMARY:The Creative Project Mangercollaborates with the marketing team to transform creative vision into a final product reflective of luxury fashion. This individual must exhibit outstanding organization, communication, sound judgment, and guide team members in achieving the highest possible standards for all contents.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops initial creative calendars to drive creative development through final output for a variety of creative projects.Ensures all aspects of creative jobs stay on-track.Works closely with peers and sets a tone of partnership between teams.Communicates daily with creative team and provides updates accordinglyPerforms budget tracking on a monthly, quarterly and project basis.Manages castings for seasonal photoshoot campaigns.Conduct market research on fashion trends to supplement and position seasonal Collection launches.Lead production timelines and vendor coordination for direct mail pieces.Creates in-progress, work completed, year over year reports and analytics.Source and release photography and marketing assets to support business needs.Provides partnership with vendors and agencies to build and adhere to timelines.Serves as point of contact for business partners and cross-functional teams.Builds calendars and sets up key milestone dates and meetings.Traffics and communicates deliverables through production.Moderates project management tool and tracks projects progress accordingly.Relays feedback to the team effectively, confidently, and diplomatically.Navigates conflicting opinions while maintaining established strategies and vision.Reviews finished work with marketing leadership to ensure it is approved and ready for business partners.Informs Leadership of any work-related issues.Structures and maintains the department's digital asset management system.Oversees inhouse copywriter, proofs and drafts copy for marketing department.Develops and implements operational systems that maintain brand asset consistency and improve workflow.Creates in-progress, work completed, year over year reports and analytics.Source and release photography and marketing assets to support business needs.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures workflow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for business necessity.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSInteracts with all levels throughout the organization including employees and outside vendors.Competencies:Creates in-progress, work completed, year over year reports and analytics.Source and release photography and marketing assets to support business needs.Creates in-progress, work completed, year over year reports and analytics.Source and release photography and marketing assets to support business needs.Skills/Education Experience:4+ years of traffic or project management experience with design studio, creative departments, or agency environmentsBachelor of Arts in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fieldExperience with workflow/project management tools - WorkFront, Monday, Basecamp or similarAbility to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, and ExcelKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software a plusInternal drive to continuously hit goals and succeedExperience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
