Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Integrated Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, comfort in measuring sales data and campaign analytics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Requirements

Support Integrated Marketing Campaigns

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets.Manage the execution of shopper marketing programs and tactics, aligning with key stakeholders on objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to drive and measure performance.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Integrated Marketing Manager.Asset and Content Development:

Work cross-functionally to develop any assets (merchandising, displays, content, product one-sheets, and any other in-store needs)Collaborate with the US creative studio and agency partners to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.Ensure compliance with all US Regulatory standards and Legal requirements across campaign materials.Project Management:

Manage project timelines, ensuring all marketing activities are executed on schedule and within budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales, product innovation, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Collaborate with and support sales and brand on Costco, Walmart, Sam's, BJ's, and additional accounts or channels as needed.Work with Sales Planning on semi-annual business planning process. Manage the team to deliver sell-in materials as needed to bring to life our key initiatives for the Sales Organization and their Customers.Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.Support the Integrated Marketing Manager with any additional tasks as needed.Data and Analytics:

Work with finance to interpret consumption data and make recommendations to increase consumer sales.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.Strong understanding of retail environment, including Club channel and Amazon,Excellent project management and organizational skills.Creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics including POS data like Nielson or IRIAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Passion for health and wellness!
